Tolerance starts building up immediately but I'd say take maybe half a tab and wait for 2 hours and redose if you feel like it, that shouldn't be a problem. I'm gonna try tabs tmrw with 2 of my close friends and our plug is saying 300 ug per tab but most people say that 300 ug per tab is really rare.
